Elena Longan graduated from the University of New Hampshire Summa Cum Laude this Spring where she earned her degree in Conservation Biology. She worked with children in multiple outdoor environmental education programs during her summers, ultimately leading her to early childhood education. Elena was a Montessori student herself and attended Montessori School from 3rd - 8th grade giving her a first-hand insight into the positive effects of Montessori education which is what drew her to the Concord Montessori Community. Elena loves plants, animals, traveling, and spending time with her family. She also enjoys handcrafts like crocheting and sketching, and she has been a ballet dancer since childhood.
