Sarah Broderick
Toddler Lead Teacher
I began my journey in early education 20+ years ago. The majority of that time had been spent as a teacher and lead teacher in traditional childcare toddler programs.
I received my teaching certificate through Fisher College and continued my education at UMass Amherst, as well as earning my Child Development Associate license. I obtained my Montessori (0-3) teaching diploma from North American Montessori Center in 2020.
CMS was my first hands-on experience with implementing the Montessori pedagogy and I fell in love! I only wish I had discovered the world of Montessori sooner.
As a toddler educator, I am lucky to be a part of the children’s growth and development and witness so many milestones.
I take great pride in being sure that each child in my care is respected, valued, heard, and always feels safe. For me, this is the most important job I have in the classroom.
Aside from my passion for working in early education, I have been volunteering for nine years with a non-profit organization, It’s my heart New England, that advocates for and supports families whose children have congenital heart diseases. One of the highlights of my summer is Team Dineen participating in the largest annual 5K walk, “Keep The Beat,” which is in its seventh year.
